Taylor Winn's fresh take on Abstract Expressionism brings new zest and accessibility to large scale paint and clay abstractions. Winn's paintings, up to 8 feet tall by 20 feet wide, feature unusually appealing color choices and striking chemical reactions between selected paints to achieve the cracking, bubbling, color separations and oil slicks on the surface of his work.

Inspiration from the early masters of Abstract Expressionism, Jackson Pollock, Willem de Kooning and Franz Kline, has led Winn's journey to define his personal visual language. The development of his signature forms are evident throughout the work; bold black bars, tight and loose overlayers of calligraphy, comet forms, sprouting forms. These elements anchor Winn's kaleidoscopic constructions on canvas.
